My husband has a mini- medical plan with a cap on wellness at $500 and yearly $3,000 for a monthly premium of $280. Looking to get on a full insurance plan at my work. It pays 60% of my premium but not of my husband or daughter's. It is going to run $454/ month. My daughter is 1 and 1/2 and getting vaccine booster/ wellness exams. I fear with my husbands plan we will be paying for a lot of Dr. visits for her and worry about not having enough coverage help if in future would need to go to hospital or have Surgery. the plan at my work has a deductible of 2,000/year. I don't know what to do should we just stay with his plan or would it be safer to go with mine. I just worry about paying that much a month is it worth it?

Ok, I am trying to get some new auto insurance quotes from other companies. My problem is I have a few moving violations. One speeding ticket and one ticket for running a stop sign. They ask me if my violations have happened in the last 35 months. They said I can be 30 days off of the violation date, if I can't remember the exact date. I can't remember the date or even close. I know I can call the DMV and get a copy of my driving record for around $10. I am just wondering if there is an easier way of getting this information. Possibly through the internet. Thanks

I have a clean DMV record. The fine is $170. I could elect to go to traffic school for an additional $150 so the violation won't be on my DMV record, but with my schedule, it will be hard finding the time for this, and I think the $170 fine is bad enough. ...if it were'nt as a result of more accidents, due to more populace/ people, poorer drivers, drivers who weren't licensed; don't know rules and laws of the road in this country, are stealing more vehicles, or just don't care what happens here. Think there's a correlation between the large population of illegals or ...that the folks of California are just becoming worse drivers all of a sudden? Just the start of what is going to be our future here in Cal/USA if we don't remove these people who have no investment or care about what goes on in Cal. or the US. Hint: 50% of criminals in California prisons are illegal aliens. In fairness; there are a small % of that 50%, who are not of Hispanic descent.
